Cardio Tramp Reformer Pilates —  combine the resistance of the Reformer with low-impact, high-energy trampoline intervals to get your heart rate up working on strength and conditioning.


We mix in classical and dynamic Reformer exercises to keep the flow balanced, strong, and connected. It's the best of both worlds—movement that energises and strengthens you.


These classes are labelled Intermediate, but don’t let that put you off. If you’ve attended a couple of Reformer classes and are comfortable using the bed, you’ll be absolutely fine.
