CANCELLATION POLICY

Memberships/ Subscriptions / Class Passes / Single Payments

All Payments are non-refundable or transferrable. We require 24hrs notice to cancel a class so that someone else can enjoy the space. If the class is cancelled within the cancellation time a credit will be added back to onto the account. If it’s under the 24hrs notice, the credit will be lost.

Unlimited memberships

There will be rare moments when this teacher is unavailable to offer their own regular session due to Annual Leave / Sickness / Misc Absence. On these occasions a substitute teacher will step in to cover where possible, otherwise the class will be cancelled.

If you are a no-show (up to 2 hours before the class starts) twice in the space of 14 days, you will be charged at a rate of £5.

General

We have a minimum number to run our classes. A minimum of 2 people for a Reformer class to go ahead. A minimum of 3 people for a mat based class to go ahead. You will receive a message or email if the class needs to be rescheduled/ cancelled. You will receive your credit back if the class is cancelled by Inflo Studio.
