About Our Studios

At our studios, movement is more than exercise — it’s an experience.
We’ve created spaces that are refined yet welcoming, where we hope every detail inspires confidence, connection, and joy in movement.

Our studio in the heart of Newbury brings together Reformer Pilates, Yoga, Pilates and Barre offering a balanced approach to strength, mobility, and mindfulness. It’s a place to recharge, move with intention, and explore practices that energise, strengthen and restore with expert teachers who bring both precision and warmth.

In Faringdon, our newest studio is dedicated solely to Reformer Pilates. With small class sizes and a calm, inviting space, it’s designed for focus, precision, and progression. Whether you’re stepping onto the reformer for the first time or refining an advanced practice, our teachers will guide you with expertise and care. The perfect setting to build strength, confidence, and mastery at your own pace.

Across both studios, our philosophy remains the same:
- Movement should be empowering, not intimidating
- Technique and form come first — strength and confidence follow naturally
- Luxury lies in the details — from the atmosphere to the teaching, every element is designed with care

We believe your practise should feel as good as it looks. Step into our studios, leave the outside world at the door, and discover what your body is truly capable of.

Founder

Abi

Yoga & Reformer Pilates

Abi is the heart and founder of Inflo, bringing more than a decade of global teaching and training experience. Her yoga sessions beam with fiery Vinyasa, a blend of Rocket intensity, creativity of Mandala, and gravity-defying arm balances — perfect for students ready to dive deeper.

Her Reformer Pilates journey began after training at @pilatesox and has since evolved into a signature style: fluid, challenging, and exacting. Expect classes that fuse the classical repertoire with modern dynamic movement — a beautifully physical journey that will leave you booking the next one before even stepping off the reformer.

You might already recognize Taylor from her regular attendance in classes! Raised by the sea in Bournemouth and now based in Newbury (with husband Joe, pup Brian, and a baby on the way), she brings contagious energy and genuine care to the Reformer studio. Her practice is a harmonious mix of classical technique, dynamic movement, and studio camaraderie — and yes, she’s a fan of margaritas, too!

Reformer Pilates Teacher

Kat

Reformer Pilates

Kat’s shift from primary education to full-time movement teaching brings a thoughtful and structured approach to Reformer Pilates. With accredited training from BASI and Elite Pilates — and a specialism in perimenopause-friendly exercise — her classes deliver intelligent, creative sequencing in a supportive atmosphere. Expect clear cues, creativity, and genuine care for your body’s needs.

Darcie Wilkes Pilates Instructor

Darcie

With a warm and supportive teaching style, Lydia creates an environment where every client feels empowered to progress on their personal journey.

Mat Pilates Teacher

Emma

Mat Pilates

Emma brings creative movement to Mat Pilates — fueled by her background in dance, choreography, and community facilitation. She turned to Pilates for injury recovery and now channels the joy and functional strength of that experience into her teaching. Expect alignment-focused, feel-good classes that welcome every body with warmth, inclusivity, and clarity.

Vinyasa Yoga Teacher

Jaz

Vinyasa Yoga

Jaz found yoga in 2017 during her pole fitness and climbing training — initially as a recovery tool, but soon as a daily anchor. She completed her 200-hour Vinyasa training in January 2025 and now balances a career in the space industry with teaching mindful, energising flows. Her Sunday morning classes are strong, grounding, and deeply soulful — perfect for beginning your week with breath, balance, and intention.

Vinyasa Yoga Teacher

Martina

Vinyasa Yoga

Martina’s love for movement began with a deep curiosity about how it feels in her own body — a connection that naturally led her to yoga and cardio-based training. After qualifying as a yoga instructor Martina brings a unique flair to her teaching and her Wednesday evening Vinyasa class is a welcoming space for all — whether you're brand new to yoga or returning to your mat — combining strength, flow, and feel-good energy to carry you through the rest of your week.

Yoga Teacher

Emma

Vinyasa Yoga & Yin

With a foundation in dance and gymnastics, Emma brings mindfulness and movement beautifully together. Having discovered yoga as a sanctuary during her corporate career, she now teaches a nourishing blend of Vinyasa, Mandala, Rocket, and Yin. Her classes are crafted to be accessible, inspiring, and full of warmth — welcoming everyone to breathe, move, and reconnect.

Vinyasa Yoga Teacher

Georgia

Vinyasa Yoga

Georgia is a 500+hr certified yoga teacher balancing life in London’s fashion and retail world. Yoga has become her ritual — a daily space for calm, connection, and creativity. Since 2006, she’s taught alongside Esther Fairfax (Lotte’s daughter), co-authored books, and trained fellow teachers. Her sessions are precise, energising, and joy-filled, inviting you to rediscover alignment, strength, and beautiful movement.

Flow, Nidra & Sound Yoga Teacher

Veronika (“V”)

Flo, Yin & Sound Yoga

V’s yoga journey began as a path from feeling disconnected to rediscovering herself. Qualifying as a yoga teacher in 2021, she blends dynamic Vinyasa, soothing Yin, and restorative Mandala to create deeply nourishing sessions — rounded out with her crystal bowl sound healing practice. V’s classes gently guide you toward presence, self-nourishment, and soulful calm.

Yin & Hatha Yoga Teacher

Rachel

Yin & Hatha Yoga

Rachel’s yoga story began in musical theatre and took a powerful turn after a life-altering accident in 2015. Since qualifying in 2018, she’s specialised in Yin, Hatha, chronic fatigue, hormonal health, fertility, and pre/postnatal yoga. Her classes are nurturing, deeply accessible, and supportive of every body — designed to restore, strengthen, and empower from within.
